摘要
在非常规突发事件情景生成过程中,承灾体知识元的实体化遇到的最普遍的两类问题是:(1)如何确保生成数据的合理性?(2)缺失数据的补偿机制。针对这两类问题,本文在承灾体知识元结构的基础上,建立了承灾体实体化约束表示模型。该模型主要从承灾体的输入、状态和输出属性集合角度,对承灾体内部属性间以及承灾体之间存在的约束进行提取并存储,从根本上解决了数据不合理性以及缺失补偿问题,最后给出了模型的实例应用。
In the generation of unconventional emergency scenario, there are two problems when the knowledge element of hazard-affected bodies are converted from the concept layer to the data layer, which are how to ensure the rationality of the data generated and the compensation mechanism for the missing data. To solve these two problems, on the basis of the knowledge element of hazard-affected bodies, we establish a constraint model of hazard-affected bodies from the three perspectives of input, state and output properties to extract the properties and constraints of hazard-affected bodies, which will solve the problems of irrationality and the compensation of the missing data. Finally an example of application of the model is given.
