摘要
本文研究了不同酸浸条件、中和剂和沉淀条件对植酸生产得率的影响。同时全面地阐述了植酸在食品工业中的应用。
Different acid-soaking condition、 neutralizer and sentimental condition has been studied for their effect of the productivity in phytic acid’s process. Meanwhile the uses of phytic acid in food industry also fully reported.
