摘要 阀门泄漏检测在石油安全作业生产中具有重要意义,由于阀门的内部泄漏一般是不可见地,检测困难。本文就DISP-8通道声发射设备,通过对采集到的Hits、Events参数和通道关系进行综合分析,提出了一种更快捷和方便的阀门泄漏检测分析方法,该方法可靠性高、设置简单、易操作,更有利于在阀门泄露检测技术中的普及和使用。 The valve leak detection has great significance in production of oil safe operation, because the internal leakage of the valve is not visible, which causes testing is difficulty. This article uses DISP-8 channel sound transmitting equipment, through the comprehensive analysis of collected Hits, Events parameters and channel relationship, proposes a more efficient and convenient method to detect and analyze valve leak. The method is of high reliability, simple setting up and easy to operate, which is more conducive to the popularity and use in the valve leak detection technology.
