摘要
针对本文的选题实则潜在着一个假设,即企业可以通过自我机能的优化来适应外部环境的动态演化。这符合芝加哥行为学派的观点,即企业行为导致特定的市场结构特征,并在此基础上决定该市场绩效。由此,企业战略管理在与价值取向间的辨证关系中,不仅内在规范了经营行为,还与外部环境形成了共生效应。
The paper has a hypothesis, namely enterprise can adapt to the dynamic evolution of external environment by optimizing self function. It conforms to the views of Chicago school of behavior, namely enterprise behavior causes the specific market structure characteristics, and based on this, decides to the market performance. Therefore, the enterprise strategic management regulates the business behavior and forms symbiotic effect with external environment.
