本文针对网络时代部队管理面临的新情况新问题,简析了贯彻落实胡锦涛同志关于加强网络文化建设和管理的"五项要求"的重要意义,探讨了推进网络时代部队管理发展的主要途径。
This article focuses on the latest statements and problems of army management in net age. We analyzed the significant meanings of ＂Five Demands＂ which brought up by Mr. Hu Jingtao to strengthen the development and management of net culture. We also discussed the main methods to progress the army management in net age.
