摘要
出于《管子》一书的“雕卵”一直被饮食文化界的许多人认为是我国最早 的雕刻食品,但这是一个值得商榷的结论。无论是从工具、用途、操作的可能性, 还是从前人的记述来看,“雕卵”更可能是画印。
Carving on Eggs from the book 《Guang Zi》has been regarded as the earliest carved food in China by many people in cartering and cultural trades, which is also worth discussing. From the tools, usages and possible action, or from the records of our ancestors, carving on eggs is more likely to be drawing on eggs.
