发展现代农业,是以科学发展观统领农业农村工作的客观要求。文章从云南省现代农业发展基础条件出发,对新时期发展现代农业的有利条件分析,探讨其存在的问题,并提出相应的对策建议。
The development of modern agriculture is the objective requirements of guiding the agricultural and rural work by the scientific development concept. From the basic conditions of modem agriculture in Yunnan Province, the article analyzes the favorable conditions for the development modem agriculture in the new period, and explores the problems and puts forward corresponding and suggestions.
