摘要
解决职代表履职不力问题应当建立职代表履职考核机制。职代表履职考核以每位职代表基础分为100分值,通过多项加、减分措施,采取年度考核,以60分为合格,140分为优秀。三年考核结果显示,民主管理有所增强,但职代表素质、参政议政能力有待进一步提高,应从源头上对职代表把关。
Establishing the machanism of checking the performance of staff deputy can improve the effectiveness of staff deputy's work. The basical score of the performance of staff deputy is 100, through a serial of plus and minus during one year, 60 is the pass line, t40 means excellent. The resuh of our three year research show that administrat effect have been improved, but the political ability of staff deputy need further improving.
