摘要
以黄瓜穴盘苗为试验材料,在日光温室内研究了不同基质配方对黄瓜穴盘苗生长及定植后产量的影响。试验结果表明,在传统育苗基质内添加营养源有利于培育黄瓜壮苗,应用基础基质(草炭∶珍珠岩=2∶1)+缓释肥(20-9-11)30 g/盘(处理3)、基础基质+鸡粪10%+草木灰5%(处理5)的营养基质培育黄瓜穴盘苗,其生长、定植后产量与浇灌等量营养液处理无显著差异,且管理方便,与空白基质处理相比,幼苗的形态指标、生物量积累显著增加,叶片叶绿素含量、可溶性糖含量、定植后黄瓜前期产量均显著提高,可在黄瓜工厂化穴盘育苗中应用。
Taking cucumber plug-seedlings as experimental materials, the paper studied the effects of different substrates on growth and yield of cucumber plug-seedlings in heliogreenhouse. The resuhs showed that the treatments adding nutrient elements to traditional based substrate were beneficial tbr cultivating high quality cucumber seedlings. There were no significant differences on seedlings' growth and yield of based substrate (turfy soil:pearlite=2:1)+slow release fertilizer (SRF) (20-9-11) 30 g (Treatment 3) and based substrthe+10% chicken manure+5% plant ash (Treatment 5) with those of spraying equal amount nutrient solution treatment, and the two methods of applying nutritional substrates was simple to cultivate plug-seedlings. Compared with the based substrate treatment, cucumber plug-seedlings' morphological index, biomass assimilation, chlorophyll content, soluble sugar content and yield were significantly increased when they were cultivated on the two nutritional substrates, and the two nutritional substrates could be applied in the factory breeding of cucumber plug-seedlings.
