摘要 Pokemon蛋白（也称为LRF、FBI-1、OCZF、TIP）是转录抑制因子POK家族的成员,由ZBTB7基因编码,最初作为人类免疫缺陷病毒短转录诱导物连接因子-1（FBI-1）被克隆纯化和鉴定,它也是重要抑癌基因可变读框基因（alternative reading frame,ARF）的中心调节因子,
