1986～2005年唐河县居民伤害死亡水平变化趋势的分析

目的了解唐河县居民1986～2005年伤害死亡水平和演变过程。方法采用SPSS10.0软件对唐河县居民1986～2005年监测资料进行统计分析。结果 1986～2005年唐河县居民伤害死亡率波动在42.12/10万～83.28/10万之间;自杀死亡和交通事故死亡,占伤害死亡50%以上。男性自杀死亡率从46.8/10万下降到16.67/10万,女性自杀死亡率从58.2/10万下降到9.31/10万。结论居民伤害死亡以自杀和交通事故为主。居民伤害死亡水平呈下降趋势,主要是由于自杀死亡率大幅下降引起的。

Objective To understand injuries death level of Tanghe county and the changing trend of death model of Tanghe county.Methods To analyze the surveillance data with SPSS during 1986～2005 in Tanghe county.Results Injuries death rate of Tanghe county was 83.30/100000 ～40.90/100000 in 1986～2005;The proportion of death number by traffic accidents and suicide was over 50%.The special death rate by suicide was down from 46.80/100000 to 16.67/100000 in male.The special death rate by suicide was down from 58.20/100000 to 9.31/100000 in female.Conclusion The leading causes during injuries of Tanghe were traffic accidents and suicide.The death level of injuries in Tanghe county was down in 1986～2005.The main cause was that the suicide mortality rate has dropped quickly.
