摘要
目的分析膝关节原发性骨坏死的MRI表现。方法收集广州医学院附属三院门诊、住院36例患者,发病时均有活动量增加或轻度损伤、行走疼痛症状,存在关节间隙周围压痛,麦氏征阳性。结果膝关节原发性骨坏死多数发生在胫骨平台软骨下骨及股骨的远端,MRI各期征象不同,I期例数最多,占54%,其典型MRI表现为:T1WI承重面软骨下区域低信号,T2WI见低信号区周围以高信号带包绕,脂抑序列示骨水肿。结论膝关节原发性骨坏死于MRI影像上有特征性的表现,能够提供病灶局部细微的骨质改变,MRI是其最有效的影像检查方法。
Objective Analysis of MRI manifestations of primary osteonecrosis of the knee.Methods Collection of hospital outpatient,hospital 36 patients,have increased activity in the onset or mild injury,walking pain,exist around the joint space tenderness,M’s sign was positive.Results Primary knee osteonecrosis mostly occurs in the distal tibial plateau subchondral bone and femur,MRI manifestations are:T1WI load-bearing area under the low signal in the cartilage,T2WI low signal area surrounded by a high signal with,Fat suppression sequences show bone edema.Conclusion Primary knee osteonecrosis on the MRI image characteristics of the performance,able to provide the focal subtle bone changes,MRI is the most effective imaging method.
