基于矩阵式组织结构视角的高校学风建设研究

The Research of the Academic Discipline Construction based on the View of the Matrix Organization Structure

高校学风建设的研究呈现出覆盖面广、内容全面的特点,但迄今为止,关于其组织结构设计的研究较少。现有组织结构的职权不足、组织虚化以及传统科层体制的弊端等桎梏了学风建设的成效。矩阵式组织结构具有目标单一、功能综合、高效扁平的优点,学风建设可大胆尝试采用项目矩阵式组织结构,完善规章制度,划分职责权限,以提高组织管理水平。但双重管理、激励约束机制缺乏、责任厘清困难等是该组织结构容易出现的问题,因此,亟须通过健全网络信息管理机构、健全激励约束机制等予以解决。

The research of Construction of study style in universities show a wide coverage, comprehensive features, but so far, the organizational structure design research is not much. the shortage of T he power,, organization authority lack virtual and traditional bureaucratic block effect of style of study construction. Matrix type organization structure has the following advantages ： a single goal, function integrated, efficient and flat. the construction of style of study, try to use the project ma- trix type organizational structure, perfect regulations system, division of responsibilities, in order to improve the level of or- ganization and management. But the dual management, incentive and restraint mechanisms, lack of responsibility to clarify the difficulties and other factors is the organizational structure the problems easy to occur, therefore, earnestly needs to pass perfect network information managelnent mechanism, improve the incentive and restraint mechanisms and ways to resolve.
