眼球内外伤186例超声诊断体会

目的探讨高频彩色多普勒超声在眼球内外伤的诊断价值。方法对186例眼外伤阳性病例的192只眼球内外伤的超声检查结果进行回顾性分析。结果玻璃体混浊143眼,占74.4%;外伤性视网膜脱离53眼,占27.0%;脉络膜脱离11眼,占5.0%;视网膜合并脉络膜脱离6眼,占3.1%;眼内异物26眼,占13.4%;眼球壁破裂15眼,占7.8%;眼球萎缩6眼,占3.1%,晶状体脱位于玻璃体内11眼,占5.7%;晶状体混浊45眼,占23%;前房积血或消失24眼,占12.5%。超声阳性声像以玻璃体病变居多,其次分别为外伤性视网膜脱离和脉络膜脱离、晶状体混浊和脱位、眼内异物、前房积血、眼球萎缩和破裂。结论高频彩色多普勒超声对眼球内外伤具有重要的诊断价值,并能有效地指导临床治疗。

Objective To discuss the value of high frequency color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of eye injury.Methods The examination results of 192 eyes ultrasound in the 186 cases of ocular trauma positive were retrospectively analyzed.Results There is vitreous opacity 143 eyes,it take up 74.4% ;There is traumatic retinal detachment 53 eyes,it take up 27.0%;There is choroidal detachment 11eyes,it take up 5.0%;There is the retina merger choroidal detachment 6 eyes,it take up 3.1%;There is Intraocular foreign body 26 eyes,it take up 13.4% ;There is wall of the eye rupture 15 eyes,it take up 7.8% ;There is wall of the eye rupture15 eyes,it take up 7.8% ;There is ocular atrophy 6 eyes,it take up 3.1% ;There is lens dislocation in the vitreous body 11eyes,it take up 5.7% ;There is clouding of the lens 45 eyes,it take up 23% ;There is hyphema or disappear 24 eyes,it take up 12.5%.The majority is vitreous lesions in the ultrasound positive audio-visual,then traumatic retinal detachment,the lens opacity and choroidal dislocation,intraocular foreign bodies,anterior chamber hemorrhage,eye atrophy and rupture.Conclusion The high frequency color doppler ultrasound is important to the diagnosis of eye injury,and can effectively guide clinical treatment.
