结核病治疗过程中不合理用药的探讨

目的探讨结核病患者治疗过程中不合理用药情况。方法选择2008年1月～2011年12月接受治疗的结核病患者112例,将其分成观察组58例和对照组54例,观察组患者由专业医疗团队给予用药,而对照组患者给予常规用药,观察两组患者的用药情况。结果观察组耐单药患者占5.2%,耐多药患者占11.11%,而对照组耐单药患者占18.52%,耐多药患者占25.93%,说明观察组患者的耐药性明显小于对照组,且用药满意度明显高于对照组,住院时间大大缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期并合理用药是治疗结核病的关键。

objective To discuss the irrational use of drugs in tuberculosis treatment process.Methods 112 cases in our hospital were divided into the observation group with 58cases and the control group with 54 cases,The observation group patients were curried by professional medical team,and the control group patients were curried by conventional medication.Their medical conditions were observed.Results In the observation group,the patients who were resistance to single drug was 5.2%,that who were resistance multi-drug was 11.11% ;In the control group,the patients who were resistance to single drug was 18.52%,that who were resistance multi-drug was 25.93%.The observation group’s resistance was smaller than that in the control group,the observation group’s satisfaction was higher than that in the control group,and the observation group’s hospital stays was shorter.It was a significant differences,P〈0.05.Conclusion Early and rational drug use is the treatment of TB key.
