大肠癌致肠梗阻的外科治疗

目的分析外科手术对大肠癌致肠梗阻患者治疗的临床效果。方法抽取78例大肠癌致肠梗阻的临床确诊患者病例,将其分为A、B两组,每组39例。A组患者采用常规开放手术方法进行治疗;B组患者在肠镜检查技术的辅助下进行治疗。对两组患者手术治疗所达到的效果、住院治疗时间、围术期内出现的并发症情况及患者发生死亡的情况进行比较分析。结果 B组患者手术治疗的效果(有效率94.8%)明显优于A组患者(有效率77.0%);该组患者的住院治疗时间(13.6±2.2)d和手术时间(64.6±8.4)h明显短于A组患者([19.1±1.8)d,(89.4±7.8)h];该组患者在围术期内出现并发症和死亡现象的比例(5.2%,0.0%)明显少于A组患者(23.0%,5.2%)。结论在肠镜辅助下对大肠癌致肠梗阻患者进行手术治疗,临床效果明显。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of surgical operation on patients with intestinal obstruction caused by colorectal carcinoma.Methods 78 patients with intestinal obstruction caused by colorectal carcinoma were selected and divided them into two groups,group A and group B.The patients of group A were treated by conventional open operation,while the patients of group B were treated by colonscopy technology.The effects achieved by operation treatment,hospitalization time,perioperative complications and the incidence of the event of the death in two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The treatment effect of group B was better than group A,the hospitalization time and operation duration of group B were significantly shorter than group A,the complication and death of group B were also less than group A.Conclusion The intestinal obstruction caused by colorectal carcinoma were well treated by colonoscopy.
