心理护理对骨外伤急诊患者治疗影响效果分析

目的观察分析心理护理干预对骨外伤急诊患者治疗效果的临床影响。方法回顾性分析自2009年12月～2011年9月急诊收治的188例急诊骨外伤患者的临床资料,将所有患者随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各94例,试验组在常规治疗的基础上进行心理护理干预治疗;对照组单进行常规治疗。统计对比两组的住院时间、就诊情绪、治疗前后的疼痛等级、心理康复预期表现和治疗效果等。结果试验组总有效率为78.7%(74/94),对照组总有效率为58.5%(55/94),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组在治疗前后的疼痛等级和心理康复预期表现上明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在住院时间上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论心理护理对于骨外伤急诊患者具有促进治疗康复效果,可以减轻患者疼痛、提高心理承受能力,并在一定程度上影响治疗效果,值得医务工作者推广和应用。

Objective To give the analysis of the curative effect of mental nursing for osteal-trauma in emergency.Methods Retrospective analysis 188 patients consisted of 125 males and 63 females of osteal-trauma,which were taken in hospital during from DEC,2009 to SEP,2011,were divided into 2 groups randomly：94 patients were in experiment group and got the routine treatment combined of mental nursing;94 cases were in controlled groups and taken the routine treanment along.Then collected and compared dates of the time in hospital,the emotion of patients,the pain class before and after treatment,the anticipation of psychological rehabilitation,the result of treatment in each group.Results The rate of treatment of experiment group was 78.7%（74/94）;The rate of diagnose of controlled group was 58.5%（55/94）,and there was significant difference between 2 groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Mental nursing for osteal-trauma in emergency can improve the progress of patients’ healing,cause it can reduce the painment,elevate the psycho-tolerance and improve the effect of treatment at some tend.
