摘要 应用斜面原理,设计了一种大滑块内置小滑块的机构,实现了先完成小孔型芯正向抽芯,再进行侧型芯抽芯的顺序动作。阐述了倾斜角和导滑长度设计要点,及该机构的工作过程。该机构避免了产品出现拼缝、毛边,降低了模具制造成本。该机构构造简单,工作可靠,已在实际生产中稳定使用。 Applying inclined plane principle, the mechanism of a big slider driven sequentially with a small slider in the injection mold was designed. This mechanism provided an action sequence as the hole core pulling first, then the side core pulling. The design points of bank angle and sliding length and working process of the mechanism were illustrated. Results indicated that this mechanism avoided many problems existed in the previous design, which included the product was easy to produce joints and edges, and it reduced the mold manufacture cost. This mechanism could be made easily and work steadily, and it was put into use regularly.
