党校中青年党员领导干部党性教育培训工作的思考

Thinking about Party Spirit Education Training of Young and Middle-aged Leading Cadres

加强对中青年党员领导干部的党性教育培训,是《中国共产党党校工作条例》赋予各级党校的一项重要职责。党校在中青年党员领导干部党性教育培训中有着很重要地位。以北京市朝阳区委党校为例,结合当前面临的形势和培训工作中存在的问题,就进一步提高党性教育培训工作的质量和效果,提出了具体的对策建议。

It is an important responsibility which ＂CPC Party School Work Regulations＂ assigns to the Party schools of all levels to strengthen the Party spirit education training of the young and middle-aged leading cadres. Taking Beijing Chaoyang district Party school as an example, focusing on the important position that Party schools take in Party spirit education training for the young and middle-aged leading cadres, and connecting with the present situation and the problems in the training work, this article puts foreword some concrete countermeasures so as to improve the quality and effectiveness of the Party spirit education training work.
