摘要
双圆弧齿轮具有优良的啮合特性和工艺特性,且齿形参数的选择具有很大的灵活性。通过C语言、AutoLISP语言编程与ALGOR FEAS前处理模块结合,构成了一个参数化的三维几何造型系统,利用该系统建立轮齿的三维有限元分析模型,准确、直观,分析计算了名义压力角参数对轮齿弯曲强度的影响。
Double circular arc gear has fine meshing and technological characteristics, and the tooth profile parameters can be selected flexibly. The 3D geometric modeling system is constructed by means of connecting C language and AutoLISP language with ALGOR FEAS fore-handing modules. It can be used to establish 3D finite element model accurately, analyzed and calcu- late the influence of norminal pressure angle toward the gear bending strength.
