在分析哈药集团直销业务现状的基础上找出存在的问题,并通过分析和借鉴安利公司的营销模式,从直销模式、薪金制度、人员安排、产品定价等方面为哈药集团未来直销业务发展提出相应建议。
Base on analyzing the developing situation of Harbin Bharmaceutical Group direct selling and find the problems. Through analyzing the market mode of Amway Corporate, propose solutions aiming at the problems existing in direct selling of Harbin Pharmaceutical Group. As for its dilemma, give some advices on market mode of direct selling, salary system, personnel arrangements, products pricing and other aspects, in order to promote the future development of direct selling of Harbin Pharmaceutical Group.
