摘要
某建筑群中的两栋建筑最小间距4.97 m,不满足楼基坑边坡开挖放坡要求,需采取措施以加固楼间土体,但常用的施工方法在现场的狭窄空间无法使用,综合考虑选用微管桩。阐述了微管桩的设计和施工要点,工程效果表明,该桩型在狭窄空间基坑边坡支护能起到较好的作用。
Minimum spacing of two buildings named as T25 and T26 is 4.97m in the building group, the orig- inal ground elevation of the two buildings is close. When T26 is constructing the 3 layers and T25 pouring fin- ished raft foundation, the error of interior design elevation being 84.7m in the General Plan of T25 mistakenly labeled as 87.7m is discovered, it had to get rid of pouring the raft then re-excavation of 3. lm pit for the re- construction. Considering the narrow space between the T25 and T26, the commonly used construction meth- ods for slope supporting in the site cannot be used, the micro - pipe pile is selected for supporting. The paper presents the design and construction elements of the micro-pipe pile, engineering effect shows that the micro- pipe pile can play a better role in the narrow space slope supporting.
