摘要
目的探讨16层螺旋CT血管成像对诊断肺动静脉畸形的临床价值。方法回顾性分析7例临床确诊为肺动静脉畸形,并行CT血管成像检查的患者。对原始图像使用最大密度投影(MIP)、遮盖容积重组(SVR)、多平面重建(MPR)进行重建处理。结果 16层螺旋CT血管成像前清晰显示肺动静脉畸形。7例患者均确诊为肺动静脉畸形,其中2例为单纯型,2例为复杂型,3例为弥漫型。临床上单纯型2例均为体检发现,复杂型2例表现为反复咯血,弥漫型3例表现低氧血症。结论多层螺旋CT血管成像技术对肺动静脉畸形的诊断具有重要价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of 16 slice CT angiography (CTA) in pulmonary arteriovenous malformations (PAVM). Methods Seven patients suspected of having PAVM underwent CT angiography with maximum intensity projection (MIP), surface volume rendering (SVR) and multiplanar reconstruction (MPR). Results CTA clearly displayed all PAVM allowing definitive diagnosis including single(2), complex(2) and widespread (3)types. Two patients with simple type of PAVM were asymptomatic with incidental findings on routine chest radiographs. Two patients with complex PAVM presented with recurrent hemoptysis whereas three patients with widespread PAVM were hypoxemic. Conclusion CTA is valuable for diagnosing and planning treatment of PAVM.
