摘要
为准确地反映行驶过程中车辆变速箱中的受力状态,须对变速箱中的动轴承简化以进行动力学仿真分析,以MF523车辆变速箱为研究对象,将滚动轴承模拟为弹性元件,利用理论公式计算变速箱轴承在固定转速下的刚度,在变速箱体有限元模型上施加了约束和驱动力,研究了模拟轴承的变速箱体的应力分布状态,取得了较为理想的结果。
In the order to accurately reflect the strain condition in the vehicle's gear-box during working, we need to simulate and analysis the dynamics by simplifying the bearing in the gear-box. Taking MF523 vehicle gear-box as an studied object, we simulated roiling bearing as an elastic parts, used theoretical formula to calculate the rigidity of rolling bearing in the unchangeable rotating speed, applied restrictions and driving forces in the finite element model of the gear-box, and then studied stress distribution of the gear-box, got acceptable results at last.
