摘要
以离心泵流量公式为基础,导出了流量与间隙的物理关系模型,以无气蚀最小流量为可靠度指标,根据影响间隙变化的退化因素,建立了离心泵的寿命评估模型,并通过实例,验证了该模型的正确性和有效性。
A physical model about relationship of flow and gap is proposed based on flow equation of centrifugal pump in this paper. Using the minimum flow of no-occurrence cavitation as a reliability index, a model of life assessment is presented through the degradation factors which change the gap. Last an example is given to prove the model.
