摘要
介绍了通过CC LINK开放式现场总线技术,组建了自动化控制系统,实现对轮胎厂胎面挤出生产线的控制,该方法使控制系统中所有远程模块及驱动设备与主站Q系列PLC的CPU模块进行高速交换信息,以达到生产线控制的要求。
This paper is an introduction to the method of using CC LINK open field BUS technology to form an automatic control system which controls tread extruder in tire factories. This method allows all the remote modules and drives in the control system to communicate with the CPU module in the Master Q-series PLC in high speed information exchange, thus meeting the requirement of production process control.
