摘要
针对某发动机连杆锻件产生的力学性能偏差问题,进行了一系列实验,寻找出了最适合该连杆锻件热处理的空气冷却速度,得到满足该零件的力学性能要求,并以此阐述了热处理工艺中的冷却速度对金属力学性能的影响和重要性。
This article present the effect and the importance of the air cooling rate of the connecting rod forging heat treatment. Then to do series test of air cooling rate to solve the mechanical function deviation problem of the connecting casting, and find out the most suitable cooling rate of heat treatment, to meet the connecting rod technical requirement.
