摘要
水力发电机组在盘车过程中高压顶起转动部分时,推力轴承瓦与镜板之间的间隙值达不到设计规定要求,造成盘车困难,经过对高压顶起液压系统的分析及结合液压理论进行探讨,并根据液压理论计算得出的结果,对推力瓦研刮的油室加以扩展,问题得到了解决,盘车顺利进行。
