摘要
给出了一种三相中频大功率逆变电源的设计实现方法,采用了组合式结构,使电源带不平衡负载能力增强,适用于更多的使用环境。并且分析了逆变电源的基础理论,选定采用组合式三相半桥逆变主电路结构和双极性SPWM波控制方案,重点介绍了以TMS320LF2407A芯片为核心的DSP控制电路、保护电路和辅助电路;完成了输出电压和电流采样软件、双极性SPWM的PID电压调节闭环控制软件,通过对原理样机的实验,结果表明,该电源设计方案可行,达到了性能指标要求。
A design of Medium frequency three-phase analysis shows that it has good performance even with analyzed in this paper. The design scheme of subsystem large capacity inverter power is presented in this paper. The unsymmetrical load. The basic theory of sine inverter power is of three-phase combined inverter power is proposed, according to technologic requirements of the task. the power circuit of three-phase half-bridge combined inverter based on IPM, LC output filter circuit, control circuit based on TMS320LF2407A DSP, protection circuit and accessory circuit are introduced. The software of voltage and current sampling, double-polarity SPWM control system with PID regulator, adjusting frequency of the inverter output voltage and protection of output circui indicate that the design is feasible and the performance of inverter can meet with the t are designed. The testing results requirements of technology.
