摘要 探讨了数值模拟技术引入材料塑性成形教学实践的必要性,结合近年来的教学实践,建立了数值模拟与传统实验相结合的教学体系,以材料塑性成形基础实验和本科毕业论文案例,展示了数值模拟技术在教学实践中的应用成果。实践证明,将数值模拟引入到材料成形教学实践,在解决理论与实践相结合的问题上,找到了新的途径,教学效果明显。 This paper discussed the necessity of using numerical simulation technology in the teaching practice of material forming, established a teaching system combining numerical simulation technology and traditional patterns of experimental, demonstrate the application of simulation technology in the basic experiment and undergraduate thesis. Recent years of teaching practice indicates the introduction of numerical simulation technology is an effective way of solving the problem of combining theory and practice in teaching material forming, and the teaching effectiveness is obvious.
