摘要
树脂零件的设计是通过UG等三维软件对部品进行3D数据的设计。其设计过程可分为:形状设计,细节的分型面设计、壁厚设计、斜顶让位结构设计和拔模角度的设计,以及通过和模具人员研讨、并结合Moldflow软件的分析,进行浇口的设计。最后运用Moldflow软件对树脂部品成型过程的模拟分析,预测其在成型过程中可能发生的问题,从而适当地对数据进行改善。
Introduce the Design process of 3D Data about the resin parts.The design platform are UG,Moldflow and so on. The design process can be divided into: Shape design, Detail design about the part line, Calculation of the thickness of parts, Interference calculation, Design of structure,angle and slide block, Mold design discussion, Analysis of Moldflow,Design about gate. Moldflow can simulate and analyse the resin parts forming process,can anticipate the problems.And then UG can updata the 3D data according to the problems.
