百合固金汤对肺癌患者生活质量的干预的观察

Effect of Baihegujin decoction on lung cancer patients' quality of life(QOL)

目的观察肺癌患者经百合固金汤辅助治疗在化疗前后的生活质量的变化。方法中晚期肺癌患者120例随机分为两组,A组化疗加百合固金汤辅助治疗,B组单纯化疗,运用EORTC-QLQ-C30及肺癌专用量表(QLQ-LC13)进行测定,采用问卷调查的方式,评价患者生活质量的改变。结果 A组患者化疗后症状领域及肺癌症状测量值均低于B组(P<0.05),功能领域、总健康状况无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论中药(百合固金汤)联合化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌可以改善患者的一般状况及肺癌症状,改善生活质量。

Objective To observe the change of patients＇ quality of life（QOL）,the patients who were newly diagnosed advanced non-small-cell lung cancer received chemotherapy and of Baihegujin decoction.Methods 120 eligible patients were separated into two groups randomly,A group received chemotherapy and Baihegujin decoction;B group received chemotherapy alone,The EORTC-QLQ-C30 which was supplemented by QLQ-LC13 were used to assess QOL with questionnaires.Results A group＇s score of symptom status including symptoms of lung caner less than B group（P〈0.05）,Assessment of functional status and health status hadn＇t significant different.Conclusion Symptom status of advanced NSCLC can benefit from therapy consisted by chemotherapy plus Baihegujin decoction.
