术中粘膜下注射与术后即刻灌注化疗药物治疗浅表性膀胱癌疗效比较

The comparison of the efficacy for submucosal injection of intraoperative and immediate postoperative irrigation of chemotherapy drug in the treatment of superficial bladder cancer

目的对比探讨术中粘膜下注射与术后即刻灌注化疗药物治疗浅表性膀胱癌的方法及效果。方法将我院近期收治确诊的浅表性膀胱癌患者88例分成2组,其中实验组48例行术中粘膜下注射,对照组40例行术后即刻灌注化疗药物。对所有患者进行2～3年的随访,对比两组患者的临床疗效,复发率,抑郁状态量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分变化。结果两组间相比,实验组患者的复发率、SDS和SAS评分均优于对照组(P<0.05),且实验组患者临床疗效的总有效率为95.8%,高于对照组的85.0%(P<0.05)。结论在浅表性膀胱癌中运用术中粘膜下注射,临床效果显著,能够显著减少患者的复发率,并通过一系列生理作用,提高患者的临床疗效,以减轻负性心理。

Objective Take a comparative study the method and efficacy for submucosal injection of intraoperative and immediate postoperative irrigation of chemotherapy drug in the treatment of superficial bladder cancer.Methods 88 cases diagnosed with superficial bladder cancer admitted to our hospital recently were divided into two groups.The experimental group of 48 cases was taken with the routine operation of submucosal injection.The control group of 40 patients was taken with immediately after irrigation chemotherapy drugs.Take 2-3 years of follow-up of all patients.The clinical efficacy,the recurrence rate,the change scores of the depression scale（SDS） and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale（SAS） for the two groups were compared.Results Compared between the two groups,the relapse rate in patients with SDS and SAS score in the experimental group was better than the control group（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate of the clinical efficacy in the experimental group was 95.8%,higher than 85.0 %（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The application of surgery submucosal injection in superficial bladder cancer has a significant clinical effect,and can significantly reduce the relapse rate in patients.By a series of physiological effects,it can improve the clinical efficacy of the patients in order to reduce its negative psychological alleviate.
