博利康尼联合异丙托溴胺氧气雾化吸入治慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重期疗效观察 被引量:6

摘要 目的观察博利康尼联合异丙托溴胺氧气雾化吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)急性加重期的临床疗效。方法选择60例急性加重期COPD患者,随机分成治疗组和对照组各30例,比较两组治疗后的疗效及肺功能的变化。结果治疗后两组有效率比较显示,治疗组的总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前FVC、FEV1%pred、FEV1%FVC比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组上述指标均较治疗前明显升高,且治疗组较对照组上述指标升高的更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论博利康尼联合异丙托溴胺氧气雾化吸入治疗COPD急性加重期疗效确切,可以显著改善患者的通气功能,值得临床推广和应用。 Objective Combined ipratropium bromideinhalation of oxygen in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with acute exacerbation of clinical efficacy.Methods 60 patients with acute exacerbation of COPD patientswere randomly divided into treatment group and control group 30 patients were compared the efficacy of treatment and changes in lung function.Results After treatment,the efficiency comparison shows that the total efficiency of the treatment group was significantly higher,the difference was significant(P〈0.05).Two groups before treatment FVC,FEV1%,FEV1%pred showed nosignificant difference(P〉0.05);After treatment,these parameters were significantly higher before treatment,and the treatment groupthan in the control group increased more significantly above target,the difference was significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion Bricanyl combined ipratropium bromide inhalation ofoxygen in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary diseasewith acute exacerbation of efficacy,can significantly improve the patient′s ventilatory function is worthy of promotion and application.
