重点专科中医特色护理质量考核标准的构建

Setting up professional standards for Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing quality

目的建立重点专科(专病)护理质量考核标准,促进重点专科整体护理水平的提高,并体现重点专科中医特色护理。方法通过文献回顾、专家访谈,制订出《重点专科中医特色护理质量考核标准》进行函询。结果经两轮专家函询后,最终确立了包含一级指标3个、二级指标19个的重点专科中医特色护理质量考核标准。结论重点专科中医特色护理质量考核标准的建立,为考核重点专科的专科护理质量、中医特色护理打下了基础,提高了重点专科整体护理质量及患者满意度。

Objective Starting to us assessment criteria in medical priority specialty is believed to enhance nursing level and show nursing characteristic of Chinese traditional medicine.Methods To draw up the nursing assessment criteria of medical priority specialty through literature review and specialist consultation.Results After twice specialist consultation,the complete assessment criteria consists of 3 first﹣class,19 second-class indexes.Conclusion Using assessment criteria in medical priority specialty could effectivly enhance the quality of nursing speciality and the degree of patients＇satisfaction,show nursing characteristic of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
