根治性膀胱全切术后尿流改道术患者的护理方法探讨

The investigation of the methods of care in patients with radical cystectomy after urinary diversion

目的探讨根治性膀胱全切术后尿流改道术患者的护理方法。方法选取2007年1月～2011年5月于本院行根治性膀胱全切术后尿流改道术的58例患者为研究对象,将其随机分为A组和B组各29例,其中A组采用常规护理方法护理,B组采用循证护理模式护理,后将两组患者护理前及护理后1个月的QOL评分、治疗护理配合度及、满意率并发症发生率进行统计及比较。结果 B组护理后1个月QOL评分、治疗护理配合度均优于A组,并发症发生率低于A组,满意率高于A组,P均<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论循证护理方式是较为适合根治性膀胱全切术后尿流改道术患者的护理方法,可显著改善患者的各项评估指标。

Objective To investigate the methods of care in patients with radical cystectomy after urinary diversion.Methods 58 patients underwent radical cystectomy after urinary diversion from January 2007 to May 2011 in the hospital were chosen as the research object.They were randomly divided into group A with 29 cases and group B of 29 cases.A group used conventional methods of nursing care,B group was taken with evidence-based nursing care model.The QOL score 1 week after treatment with the degree of care and incidence of complications,and the satisfaction rate for the two groups of patients before and after care were taken for statistics and comparison.Results The QOL score 1 week after care and the degree of the military for treatment and care in group B were better than group A.The complication rate in group B was lower than the A group,and the satisfaction was higher than group A,P〈0.05,there was significantly different.Conclusion Evidence-based care approach is more suitable for patients with radical cystectomy after urinary diversion,can improve the evaluation indicators for the patients significantly.
