盐酸替罗非班致极重度血小板减少一例分析 被引量：4

摘要 替罗非班是一种可逆性血小板糖蛋白Ⅱb／Ⅲa受体拮抗剂，可引起血小板减少症。现有文献报道替罗非班所致的极重度血小板减少症较少。下文报道一例经皮冠脉PCI术后应用替罗非班（商品名欣维宁，武汉远大制药集团有限公司，批号为H20041165）导致的极重度的血小板减少症。
