冠状动脉介入治疗中导管在髂动脉打折嵌顿一例 被引量:6

摘要 1.病历摘要:患者男,80岁。因“急性非ST段抬高型心肌梗死”入第二军医大学长海医院心内科,后行冠状动脉造影术,经右侧股动脉Seldinger插管,进导丝后感觉髂动脉扭曲,但能通过并完成冠状动脉造影。经导丝送人左冠状动脉XB3.5指引导管行PCI术,术后在撤出7FXB3.5导管至骼动脉时感觉明显阻力,行髂动脉造影可见XB3.5导管在髂动脉内打折(图1A),尝试送人导丝、旋转和前送导管将打折的导管送入腹主动脉未成功(图1B);
