摘要
利用溶胶凝胶技术合成了一种新型的活性 β C2 S ,并采用扫描电镜和固体核磁共振分析等方法对其早期水化进行了研究 .发现 :材料水化活性很高 ,水化 1d时 ,出现了棒状或管状的Ⅰ型C S H结构 ,但其阴离子聚合状态未发生变化 ;水化 3d ,7d时 ,以网络状的Ⅱ型C S H为主 ,体系中出现了二聚态的硅酸根 ;水化 2 8d时 ,Ⅱ型C S H粒子继续长大 ,在某些微区出现了尺寸较大的Ⅰ型C S H及由其叠合而成的花朵状C S H ,二聚态硅酸根的数量进一步增多 ,体系的微观结构更加致密 .
The early hydration of β C 2S derived from sol gel processing is studied by 29 Si NMR and SEM analysis.Results show that β C 2S is highly hydraulic,after hydration of 1?d,there appears some type Ⅰ C S H,without change in the degree of anion polymerization.In case of hydration of 3?d and 7?d,most hydration products are net type Ⅱ C S H,with some polymerized silicate anions [Si 2O 7] 4- .During hydration of 28?d,type Ⅱ C S H particles become larger and there exist also some type Ⅰ C S H and flower like C S H with more [Si 2O 7] 4- ,the microstructure of this system becoming denser.
