运用DNA倍体系统对口腔鳞癌及癌前病变进行诊断及预测

摘要
口腔鳞癌的早期诊断、早期治疗能有效地提高治愈率,运用DNA倍体系统对可疑病变作DNA定量细胞学检查,具有取材广泛、无创、诊断标准化、敏感度高、快捷方便等优点,弥补了细胞病理形态学诊断的不足,已广泛运用于癌及癌前病变的诊断与筛查,本文对DNA倍体系统在口腔鳞癌及癌前病变诊断及预测作综述。
