摘要
本文主要讨论了如何应用模糊数学的方法对水电工程概念设计阶段的工程造价进行快速估算。这种方法通过引入隶属度、权重值、贴近度概念和贴近度最大原则选择相似工程 ,从而由已建相似工程的资源耗量和现行的资源单价数据推算出概念设计中拟建工程的造价。
In this paper, it discusses a new quick cost estimate method, called fuzzy discriminance. It is applied during the conception\|design period. The method applies fuzzy theory and the conception of the degree of membership and the weight and the similarity\|measure to select the most similar built\|projects. Thus, we can calculate the cost of the planned project by using the consuming quality of resources of the built projects and the current prices.\;
