摘要
在LCD液晶显示器生产流程中,液晶的灌注是很重要的部分,而且液晶灌注时对环境的要求严格。文章介绍了液晶灌注工艺及改进,并阐述了液晶灌注设备的腔体表面处理、机械结构、电器控制等部分,其中温度控制、表面处理、充气控制是文章的重点。
