摘要
岳城水库是以防洪、灌溉为主,兼有供水、发电等功能的大(1)型水利枢纽,除险加固前被鉴定为三类坝。该工程工期较短,除险加固任务较重。在对施工的安全管理重要部位的危险有害因素进行分析的基础上,提出安全管理建议,并提出用系统安全管理方法来消除各方面有害因素达到系统安全。
Yuecheng reservoir is a big (1) hydro-junction, by preventing floods, the irrigation primarily, at the same time having the water supply, the electricity generation and comprehensive utilization. The situation is very bad before the dangerous reinforcement by the appraisal. The reinforcement project duration is short, and the reinforcement task is heavy. This article analyses the harmful factors, identifies the hazard and gives safety management suggestions. It brings forward to use the system safety management to dispose of the harmful factors to achieve the system safety.
