摘要
42号道岔板由57块板组成,外形尺寸各不相同,道岔板为预埋套管式,与博格后钻孔道岔板相比提高了套管的精度和耐久性。本案例用7套模型完成了57块道岔板生产,将模型周转率提高了8倍,其关键技术是共用大底模,活动边侧模,套管定位孔相交时换块,不相交时换孔的方式实现一模多变。组合模型以最大块配置激振电机,但振捣质量同振幅、激振力和支承刚度有关,文中提出了总质量、激振力、振幅及使用方法之间的关系。
42# turnout slab is composed of 57 plates with different dimensions. Turnout slab is pre-buried sleeve type, which makes the accuracy and durability of casing higher than the Berg slab which is drilled on the back. In this case, 57 turnout slabs are produced by 7 sets of model, to recycle them by 8 times, the key technique of a model changing is achieved by means of sharing the big bottom mold, mobiling the side mold, changing block when the sleeve positioning holes intersect, otherwise to change hole. Combination model in the bulk configuration excitation motor, but the quality of the vibration related with the amplitude, exciting force and bearing stiffness, this paper proposes the relationship be- tween the total quality, exciting force, amplitude and method.
