摘要
高速铁路无砟轨道系统修复技术的研究对保证行车安全、节约运营成本具有重要意义。基于绿色CRTS Ⅲ型无砟轨道的研制以及在我国多条新线运用实践中的重大突破,文章阐述了CRTS Ⅲ型无砟轨道板设计思路及其在提高耐久性及可维修性方面的改进措施,同时给出了在不同损害情况下的快速维修方案,相应的实尺试验也验证了"快速维修、不中断行车"方案的可行性。新方案具有科学、合理、高效、适用等特点及广阔的推广应用前景。
The research on maintenance techniques for CRTS-Ⅲ slab ballastless track system on high speed railway has considerable significance for traffic safety and reducing operation cost. Based on the breakthrough of research and application of green CRTS-Ⅲ slab ballastless track system on a few new lines, this paper expounds the design of CRTS-Ⅲ slab ballastless track system and improved measures on its durability and maintainability, meanwhile, introduces fast maintenance methods for different damages, which has been verified to be feasible by field test as "fast maintenance without suspending the trains". The new method, characterized by scientificity, rationality, efficiency and applicableness, opens up broad prospects of application and dissemination.
