摘要
研究连续刚构梁桥施工中的挂篮变形,是为了确保成桥结构的内力和线形,满足设计要求,避免出现意想不到的极端施工事故。文章以武汉至宜昌铁路彭市汉江特大桥为例,对采用的菱形挂篮在施工控制中的结构变形进行了详细的检算,并通过挂篮变形试验,验证了结构的安全可靠性;将测试和计算分析的成果应用在悬臂施工过程中,取得了平稳、安全、简便的施工效果,所浇筑的特大桥主跨结构线形平顺、美观,充分保证了特大桥悬臂浇筑施工的顺利进行。
Study on deformation of movable suspending scaffolding in building of continuous rigid frame beam bridge is to ensure internal force and linear shape of the bridge structure and meet the design requirements so as to avoid the unexpected extreme construction accidents. In this paper, taking Pengshi Han River super major bridge on Wuhan-Yichang Railway for example, a detailed check calculation is made for the structural deformation of diamond movable suspending scaffolding and the structure is proven safe and reliable by movable suspending scaffolding deformation test. The construction is completed in a stable, safe and simplified way by applying test and calculation analysis in cantilever constrnction. The main span structure of super major bridge, characterized stableness, straightness and sense of beauty, ensures the successful cantilever placing of the super major bridge.
