青浦区水利设施管理养护模式的改革探索

Exploration on reform of the management and maintenance model of the water conservancy facilities in Qingpu District of Shanghai

本文在分析青浦区水利设施工程运行和管理状况的基础上,提出了目前水利设施管理模式存在的问题,探讨了部分水利设施老化失修给社会生产和人民生活带来的不利影响,最后提出了适合本地区的水利设施长效管理养护模式。

This paper introduces the present situation of water conservancy facilities project operation by Qingpu District. Put forward the problems of the management mode of water conservancy facilities. Explore the negative influence of the social production society and living condition from the aging and miss repair, and lastly discusses the suitable long-term management maintenance model of water conservancy facilities.
