摘要
根据不锈钢盘旋管寿命测试试验要求,设计了一种电机驱动式的伺服控制系统,交流伺服电机伺服控制系统采用位置、转速和电流闭环控制,借助于信号采集板卡和运动控制板卡,由工控机完成盘旋管寿命测试试验台的输出转角测试及驱动电机的控制,试验做完相应次数后即退出程序;最后的试验表明了盘旋管的各项动态试验指标均达到设计要求。

With the aid of data acquisition board and mo- tor control board, Output angle measurement and drive motor control of the coiled tubing life test-- bed is completed by the IPC.
