摘要 针对当前通信基站节能需要,通过对基站设备耗能分析,设计并实现了一种新型的蓄电池恒温箱控制器;恒温箱控制器主要将蓄电池放入恒温箱内,通过设置合适的上限温度和下限温度参数,控制器通过检测箱内外温度,判断是否开关空调制冷器或机房空调设备,维持箱内恒温,同时定期开启透气风扇排出柜内废气;通过长时间的运行,证明该控制器在保证基站工作环境的同时,较好地保护了蓄电池设备,并大幅降低了基站空调耗电,具有良好的节能效果。 For the energy needs of the current communication base stations, basing on station equipment energy-consuming analysis, this paper is designed and implemented a new type of battery incubator controller. Incubator controller batteries put into the thermostat box, by setting the upper temperature and lower temperature parameters, the controller through the detection of the box inside and outside temperature to determine whether the switch to air conditioning and refrigeration or room air conditioning equipment to maintain inside the thermo- stat; at the same time oa a regular basis openning ventilation fan discharged cabinet exhaust. After a long running, it proved that the control- ler to ensure that the base station working environment , at the same time, the better protection of the battery device, and significantly reduce the power consumption of the base station air conditioning, has a good energy-saving effect.
