摘要
主要讨论了FC(Fiber Channel)开关网络模块高速电路的设计与实现;开关网络模块的数据传输速率达到了1.0625Gbps,其高速电路设计已成为系统能否可靠运行的关键因素之一;因此,文中分析了传输线选择、特性阻抗控制以及信号完整性等问题,并阐述了布局、布线、电源地和叠层等设计方法。
The main of this paper is about the analysis and design of switching network module high speed digital circuit based on FC network. The data transmission rate is 1. 0625Ghps in the switching network module, so the high speed digital circuit issue in the module wilt be the key of successful design. In this paper, the choiee of transmission line, the control of characteristic impedance and several main kinds of signal integrality are analyzed in detail. The design of trace, layout, power, ground and stackup are discussed also.
